I had a fantastic experience at this resort, with a great condo that was very clean and comfortable. The express check-in process was seamless, especially since I arrived after midnight. However, I did have some mixed feelings about the additional amenities; while the pool area was nice, it didn't quite live up to the luxurious expectations I had. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want convenience and a comfortable environment, but don’t expect a full resort experience.

The customer service was helpful once I reached them, but the lack of on-site support during off hours was frustrating. Overall, while the amenities were decent, the experience was marred by some significant issues.

Brad made the entire process seamless with his quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The only downside was the distance from the resort office to the condos, which added a bit of travel time at check-in. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, especially for a golf trip.
